Can't locate my dashboatd to update?

Just downloaded Backlight 4 and can’t locate my dashboard.
I think my browsers have lost the cache links. I usually just type backlight in to the browser and the login link pops up. Not today though?

Can you be more specific?
Did you just install Backlight? Did you unzip the installation download before uploading to your site?

Is it a new installation or are you upgrading from an earlier version? Which version?
