Hi @TBCbarefoot, is the form working again after changing PHP versions?
Haven’t used it, but this one looks easy to use and gets high ratings. And this version is free. Worth a look, anyway.

Sorry, I did not make that clear above … Yes, downgrading on the server made the application work perfectly.
