When submitting the Client Response there is only name, email and comment.
I would like to add extra fields.
Is there an option for that.
I don´t mean the fields inside of the image.
There is no option for that. But you can change the title of that field from Message to whatever you want.
Do so in Client Response > Settings > Languages
Click on Manage Language.
Look for the TEXT_MESSAGE entry under “Other Items”
