I have not had occasion to log into the Admin section of Backlight for some time and the credentials I have are not working. Is there a way to reset or recover these? Many thanks in advance.

what version of Backlight are you using?
Then I assume you’re running Backlight 1? If so, then visit that same page and scroll down to the section titled, “Retrieving passwords in Backlight 1”.
