Advice on best provider for switching an existing copy of Backlight 3/4

For many years I lived in Germany and used a German web service provider. Now I live in the U and want to switch to an American provider. Can anyone tell me if there is a provider where it ispossible to copy the site without having to individually reload photos?

I’ve used IONOS for a long time. They’re actually based in Germany (I think) but have data centers in the US. You should be able to move your site via FTP download and upload without any problem.
