After 6.4.1 upgrade home page not loading

I’m getting this error on my homepage after upgrading to 6.4.1

PDO->prepare() returned false. sql: ‘SELECT cn.*, bi.template_id, bi.excerpt, bi.main_copy, bi.items_per_page, bi.is_default FROM content_node cn, blog_item bi WHERE cn.id = bi.node_id AND is_default=?’ params: array ( 0 => ‘yes’, ) in PdoExtended.php on line 603

What does this mean? Any ideas to fix?

My admin panel is not updating the module admin to 6.4.1 from 6.2.1. It has updated the other modules. could be the issue I’m having.

I restored the site from a previous backup. Now I can’t login. Tried the “forgotten your password” link, and it never sent me the email. Where is the database to check on the password, etc?
