I did have it locked but have since cleared all the locks but anybody trying to open it is still asked for an Access Code.
What have I missed?
I’ve cleared everyting in Lightroom and tried the same from the Backlight end. Also Cleared Template Cache in case that was causing it.
Did you change the album’s “Visibility” setting to make it public?
Yes it’s set to ‘Public - Visible to Everyone’.
Also Hide from Album Set is OFF.
There’s obviously some corruption there so I’ve created a new album and deleted the old one, now fixed.
Hi @NevTec, it’s preferable to be able to see bugs in action so that I can find the cause and potentially put a fix into the code. Let us know if you have another album where we can see this issue, and if so please also share a Backlight admin login via direct message.
