In lightroom it is possible to select “all on one page”. It is not possible in Publisher, which requires numbers between 1 and 500, it is possible to see “all on one page” as an option in Publisher

When creating (or editing) an album in Lightroom Publisher, at the bottom of the dialog is “Items per page”, defaulting to 100. Click on it and at the top of the list is “All in one page”.
It would be nice if what we selected was sticky, but that is a different conversation.
