Any way to disable a cart button?

There’s a button on cart>languages titled BUTTON_PROCEED_TO_CHECKOUT

Is there any way to hide this from view? At the moment it’s used at checkout for invoiced payments but I just want my customers to pay by Paypal.

In Cart Settings, under Checking Out, set Invoiced Checkout Enabled to No
