I’m using cart on my website. At the moment, I have two products, greeting cards and cookbooks and I’ve created a pricing scheme for each. My confusing is how do I associate pricing with a particular product? Thanks - Bill
the product is assigned to a pricing scheme. You fill in the prices in the pricing scheme.
Create an album using a cart-enabled album template and assign your pricing scheme to that album (in the Integration tab)
Rod - From your reply, I understand a pricing scheme can only be applied to an album. Separate pricings schemes can not be applied to individual photos within an album. Is that correct?
You can use the Mixed Pricing option in the album template to assign pricing schemes on a per item basis
(that pricing scheme contains the products you’re offering: cards or cookbooks, etc.)
Rod - Does LR already have a category metadata field or is it one I have to create? I looked under the default metadata fields and I didn’t see it. Let me know. Thanks - Bill
Yes. Lightroom has Category.
Look under the IPTC set, or one of the others.
