You can add html into page copy to do that (either directly into template or album copy or via phplugins). Just search on adding music to a web page for needed code.
As far as individual pictures in a Pangolin album? That would depend on the presentation type. Slide show, probably not.
Single-image Page, you could use phplugins to add the needed html. different songs for each picture? That would be more difficult.
If you want to go the slide show with music route, you could use the Video feature of the Theater add-on module.
