Updated the modules and that rectified the import issue however, new issues are cropping up. This is starting to get frustrating
I don’t blame you for being frustrated. What’s happening is not usual at all. @Ben will need to get into it. He’ll probably need Backlight admin access as perhaps FTP access.
Issue fixed with Backlight 5.0.2. Try updating your modules again.
@Ben Updating fixed the import template issue but caused new issues. Created you a guest admin login. PM’d you.
