Backlight upload slow

Me and colleagues of mine experienced slow upload of jpeg Files.

A 2 MB file takes around 2-3 Minutes when it was uploaded in a matter of seconds just some months before.

I tested upload via FTP and this seems normal.

I am in contact with my web service provider, but are there any ways to make sure that it is not an issue with backlight ?

I believe this is outside the scope of Backlight. Should be a matter taken up between you, your host, and maybe your ISP (if you’re experiencing slow transfer speeds outside of your own site as well).
