I know it is probably something I am doing, but I just purchased the BL6 upgrade about an hour ago, and I am not seeing the upgrade option on my Modules page. Do I need to do anything else? I used the same email from my original purchase, so I think everything is in order there, but let me know if you need any more information.
Maybe try logging out of Backlight then log back in
I just tried that, with no success. I had also logged in from a completely different computer. I also went to the /set_order_details/ page and entered my email and order id on that page, but still no upgrade to BL6 message.
This may be related to TTG moving the shop to a new provider.

Hi @pmillsaps, we hadn’t been expecting any more sales through SendOwl, so had disabled the integration. Can you please try again?
That solved the problem. I had bought the upgrade by clicking the upgrade button on my site, so not sure how exactly it routed it to the different area. Thanks for the help!
Hi @pmillsaps, that explains it, thanks. We have overlooked the upgrade link in the Backlight Modules page. We’ll look into this. In any case, your order has been migrated over in our backend, so there is no issue in having made it via SendOwl.
