I thought I’d upgrade from BL2 as the process seemed so simple.
I got the following error
I tried reinstalling as instructed and got this
I tried to find any info about zippackage php on my hosting company’s site and this is all I found https://help.krystal.uk/cpanel/changing-your-php-version-extensions-functions-options#enabling_php_functions
Any ideas?
Did you check in your cpanel as indicated if there is a zip option? If yes, enable it. If you don’t find it, take this up with your host.
Just to add: although the page you listed doesn’t show a zip file option, it might be available for the php version you are using. That’s why I recommended to check your cpanel.

That’s fixed it, in case anyone else with this problem finds it, the option in cpanel
was under “select php version”
zip had to be ticked
now I need to work out what’s new to play with!
