Can't upgrade to Backlight 4

I purchased the Backlight 4 upgrade yesterday, using my discount code.

When I go to the Modules section of Dashboard, it says I am at 3.2.1, and there is no option to upgrade.

Did you use the same email address for purchasing BL4 as you did for BL3?

The e-mail address that my discount code was sent to is the same as the e-mail address in backlight.

I re-entered it, just to be sure and it still wont show an update option.

It is also the same e-mail address used by Pay-Pal (that I paid for my Backlight 4 with).

There was a two-step process in updating this time. See the blog post or the announcement email for those instructions

If that doesn’t work, then @Matthew will need to take a look

The “Update All Modules” button is not there.

the only thing I can think of is an order email mismatch. So @Matthew will need to sort it out.

@Pfredd I was able to locate your Backlight 4 order. You had a typo in your email address. I’ve corrected it to match your existing Backlight 3 order, and you should now be able to perform the upgrade.
