Client Response feedback interpretation

It seems I don’t understand the feedback form that Client Response sends me, despite years of use.
Today I got a response that said All Images = 34, Selected Images = 25.
I thought that meant that 25 had been given hearts, and then another 9 had comments but no hearts.
Except none of the images has any comments.
So can someone explain exactly what these numbers mean ?

25 images were given selections (hearts).

34 images recorded some type of interaction, which may include having been selected, having received comments, having been assigned a rating, or having had one or more custom option selected.

There should be breakouts for each type of recorded feedback, for example a list of file names having received a 1-star rating, a list for 2-star ratings, and so on.

You confirmed how I thought the system worked, so I’m happy as it seems to be a one-off problem.
But I still don’t see any interaction with the other 9 images - no selection, rating or comments. The client said they wanted all 34, but I didn’t interrogate them on how they had expressed that in the form.
Maybe they entered spaces…

If you visit the feed record in Backlight, rather than just looking at the email, does that shed any light on the response?

The feed record doesn’t tell me anything more, but like I said, I’m happy that I understand how it should work, and can call the case closed. But if you’re interested, you can see the feed here : http://frozentime.se/downloads/Backlight_feedback_issue.html
