I have the current version of CRG, and when i go to Add Ons in Template Design, there is no option to turn on CRG as the Docs say to do. What to do? The modules section shows that CRG is installed. (version 9.0.2)
Did you first create a Pangolin album template?
Yes, it was duplicated from a Pangolin album.
Have you previously made Client Response templates?
Have you tried creating a new, not cloned, template?
you can also try reinstalling Client Response
I haven’t. This is my first. I will try creating one from scratch. I did reinstall Client Response.
Silly mistake. I found what I needed.
what was the issue, in case others run across the same thing.
I saw in the Add On section that it said Cart, so I figured that’s what I wanted and didn’t think to pull down the menu so see if Client Response was there. I was looking for something that said Client Response On or Off. A case of selective vision.
