Contact doesn't send me an e-mail

What changed that I do not get anymore e-mail notification, once I was contacted on my contact page? It used to work, but apparently doen’t work any more.

have you checked your spam folder?
Did you make any changes to either your email settings or your site/vendor email addresses?
Have you tried disabling ReCaptcha?
Did you recently enable ReCaptcha?
If so, could it still be in Debug mode? You’ll find Debug mode in Backlight Settings under Contact Forms Spam Protection
If it’s on, try turning it off

I only yesterday enabled ReCaptcha. The problem occured before.

Do I have to fill out E Mail config?

That depends. If you’re using the Mail Send Type “mail” option, then no.

Have you tried sending a test email from the Send Test Email link, which is found under Special Links in the main Backlight Dashboard?

problem solved! Apparently there was a change in filter settings of my web provider. Now it works again. Thanks for your help. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
