Hello, we mainly use the program to communicate with clients, we add the gallery and they select the photos chosen to buy. Would it be possible to put a final date on the album so that the client can choose their choice of photographs? and after that time the album was left without the option of being viewed. Maybe you are asking for something very specific? Still, thank you team for making our job easier.
I think the thing to do is to have two templates:
- one with client features enabled;
- the other with client features disabled.
You can use the Clone template feature to ease the creation of the second template.
You’ll need to keep track of the date yourself – maybe put it on your calendar – and on that date, edit the album to switch its template, effectively removing the client features.
