I am trying to remove some galleries and albums wich had been created in lightroom previously.
I receive a message The albums could not be deleted
How are you trying to delete them?
If you can’t delete from Lightroom, you can delete them in Backlight.
I dont have the plugin on lightroom anymore. So Trying trough backlight
Deleting from Backlight should work to remove the albums from your site.
Or you can reinstall the Publisher plugin and delete from Lightroom.
If you’re trying to delete the albums so they don’t appear in the Publisher section of the Lightroom Library Module, you will need to reinstall the TTG Publisher plugin.
I’d rather not reinstalled and setup the publisher. If it should be possible trough backlight can we examine the error?
What steps are you taking to delete from Backlight? At what step in the process does the error appear?
