I have set up some discount bands (10% at $100, 15% over $200, etc), yet no matter how much I add to my cart, I don’t see any discount applied at the checkout. How does this actually work?
Try resetting the cart (from the link on the main Cart dashboard) after making any changes.
That worked. Strange though I’m sure I did that multiple times yday, but today it worked. Thx Rod!
Usually that works right away, but sometimes I need to clear browser cache or even try it in a different browser to verify that the changes have actually taken place.
