Backlight 4, 5 & 6 Support

I need to change the SMPT settings, however when I click on Backlight Setting > Edit Settings they still remain uneditable. The SMPT Password box show’s Edit underneath so I assume that would then allow
changes to be made.

Trouble is, I don’t remember what the password is. So is there anyway around this?

I don’t think there’s a way in Backlight to recover that.

Have you tried recovering or resetting through your provider?

Yes Rod, the hosting provider looking at that option now.
It appears that they have recently changed the DNS settings which could be the problem.
