Email not sending

I have spent time with DreamHost chat trying to figure out why my email is not sending from my contact form… I have re-read the docs and think I have it correct in the settings… The site in question on DreamHost is bigsur.photography I see the contact emails in BackLight4 but they are not sending to my email… Thanks for any insight…

Hi @Brock, are you trying to use the ‘Mail’ or ‘SMTP’ mode for sending emails?

Can you take a look at our documentation for troubleshooting email issues on Bluehost? Although it’s for a different host, the approaches are likely to apply to DreamHost.

If that doesn’t help, then please provide me with a Backlight admin login by clicking on my profile name and sending a message.
