I have searched through the backlight 5 menu and used to find all the emails and spam on the backend. I have had clients that send me email that is held on the backlight software on the server and not sent to me. What happened to the path or menu to find the email when looking at backlight 5 … Used to be able to find the emails… Thanks!
Have a look under the Backlight Admin > Contacts.
To be clear, that’s not how this works. Backlight does not withhold sending emails. If a message is in Backlight’s admin, it has been sent to your email. If it has not arrived to your email inbox, that’s a separate matter, and may have to do with your Backlight configuration, your host, or other factors. See @Ben’s message here:
