Error Message After Setting Up Contact Form

I am receiving the error message below (highlighted in red) after adding a contact form.

“Something went wrong
Unable to find Contact Form for id 1”

What version of php is your host running?
You can find out by going to your Backlight Special Links page and clicking on “View php info”

PHP version is: 7.4.33.

Have you tried creating another contact form and inserting it instead?

What version of Backlight are you using? is it up to date?

Will try to create another contact form. My Backlight version is: 5.4.2 & all modules are updated.

I was able to successfully create and use a new contact form but am seeing come of the default text in my Invitation Field above the text I entered. When I go back to edit the contact form, only my text is showing. Thoughts?

there is also text in the page in which you inserted the form
