Error on installation

I installed BL6 on my site WWW.photoimpressions.org and got ths message.

Something went wrong
Unexpected error: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library ‘/opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/sqlite.so’ - /opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/sqlite.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

I am coming from CE4.
The site now starts without the home page but is full of Lore… etc.

That error implies that your host isn’t providing the sqlite module.

@Ben will likely need to look at it.
Who are you hosting with? What version of php are they using?

What you’re seeing on the home page is to be expected.

Have you seen this document?

I am hosting with avahost.net They have versions 5 through 7.3. I’m not sure which one is active for this site since I am also having trouble getting to cpanel.
Yeas I have seen the Upgrade document. I cannot login with any of the users and PW’s you gave me.
I tried to reset password but the reset email never came.

I will try to see if sqlite is active.

the default Backlight login is
user: admin
wp: ttg8888

The default pw’s for admin and guest do not work. How do I repair this? I tried to reinstall BL but that did not work.
Thanks,
Paul

Hi @paulpegg, have you seen our guide here on password retrieval? Retrieving Lost Passwords | Backlight

Please unlock my account. It got locked because of too many failed login’s. I tried to get the unlock key but the link never arrives. I never got any of the links to recover passwords either. I did find that one on the server.

Could they have gone to your junk mail folder?

No. They never arrive.

The link I provided above explains where to find the unlock link if mail can’t or isn’t received.

That covers the password reset, which I used to fix the password issue. THEN, when I tried to use the correct password I got locked out due to too many failed login attempts. So I sent the request for the unlock link, which never came.
So I am dead in the water.

Hi @paulpegg, the unlock link is also logged in the most-recent file under backlight/data/admin/logs.

e.g. for my development site:
