Error throughout the galleries

I have had this error message when uploading new images:

As a matter of fact, I just noticed that the error message displays in all galleries of the entire site when displaying the large images! https://pideja.ca/galleries/

are you seeing this in Backlight?
I assume you’re using Backlight Publisher to upload?

Are the image sizes you’re uploading at least as large as what’s called for in the template?

I am still publishing thru TTG (Backlight) publisher in LR6. Image sizes vary but are larger than the template calls for.
There is no such warning in Backlight only on the web page.https://pideja.ca/galleries/

Looking in several browsers, I’m not seeing the errors on the Galleries page or in any of your album sets or albums. Have you tried clearing browser cache?

Have you downloaded and installed the latest TTG Lightroom Publisher plugin (5.2.1)?

I have just updated the Publisher to 5.2.1 In the process of republishing everything!
'Till then, I see the error message in Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox and Opera.

I have begun republishing every gallery. A few galleries completed and…no change! Every large image rendition displays the error message.

Oh, I must have misread. I thought it was showing on the Galleries page.

Have you tried clearing template cache?

Yes indeed.

If you like to check, the gallery https://pideja.ca/galleries/05_quat-sous/11-blasted/ has just been republished.

Is this normal: the album sets indicate “to be published” but the albums don’t?

Hi @Pideja, this is caused by the single page trying to access the image file with a URL rather than a file path. I’ll look into this and put in a fix.
Can you locate the file that’s in the error message (or the most recent error message - the file name can change when clearing the template cache) and email it to me? The file name in the message above starts with 126- and ends with template, and resides in the directory backlight/data/designer/cache/

Hi @Pideja, I’ve found the issue and put in a fix. Please visit Backlight Modules and click ‘Reinstall’ next to the entry for Pangolin Page. You may also need to clear your template cache.

First, I reinstalled the Pangolin Page module.
Then, looking into the directory backlight/data/designer/cache/ I did not find any other files than the .htaccess and index.html.
But, the situation has been corrected! I don’t know what was causing this and can I cause it to occur again, but for now, all’s well in icy Montreal.

Clear template cache from the link on the main Backlight dashboard.

Thank you Rod.
I already had done that. Probably why I did not find any offending files. Who knows?
The main thing is it works fine now.

Finding that offending cache file was made redundant by the fix. I’m glad I was able to solve it for you. Thanks for your help, @rod_barbee
