With the upgrade to the newest Lightroom, I started getting a 409 error when trying to do anything with the TTG Publisher. It is showing ‘Error performing function (Code: 409)’. I went to the url manually, and got the normal errror when you do that, I changed the API key and made sure they matched, and I am still gettign that error. Any thoughts? I get the Error when I go to Create Album in the Publisher profile, or if I edit teh settigns and Check Authentication.
I haven’t been able to update LR yet to check but here are a couple of ideas:
Check to make sure you’re using the latest version of the Publisher plugin
Check that the API url and site url match exactly, mainly that they both start the same (http or https)

Hi @pmillsaps, I have not heard of 409 errors in Backlight before. There’s no mention of it on other posts on this forum.
I suggest trying a process of elimination to see where this error might be coming from. Firstly, can you try another network, for example by tethering to your phone?
Another network item to look into is any VPN software you may be using or other firewall that you control.
Is your website running behind a cloud service? I can help look into that if you can provide your domain name (information available on public DNS lookups can indicate whether your domain is behind a cloud proxy).
Other items to eliminate would be to try publishing to a different server, or to publish from a different PC entirely. I can help you with those if you like (by providing you with access to my test server to try to connect to, and if possible by trying to connect to your server from my laptop).
