Is this happening in just the one essay album or all essay albums?
If it’s all, I suppose you could try clicking the Update Album Files link on the Special Links page. Also try the Clear Template Cache link.

With great respect I thank you. The Clear Template Cache solved the problem. Now the big problem for me and I ask you for your patience is for me to remember to do that. I have a poor memory especially as I age.
