Home Page Gallery Missing

I read the responses to “Home page and galleries AWOL” from April 7, which is very similar to what has happened to my site, garywilliamsphoto.com, running backlight 3.2. My cpanel indicates I’m using php 7.4.

The error message from Backlight is:
Something went wrong

Unexpected error: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library ‘intl.so’ (tried: /opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/intl.so (libicuio.so.68: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory), /opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/intl.so.so (/opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/intl.so.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)) in Unknown on line 0

Any suggestions?
Gary

See if this, on module errors, helps.

especially number 3

I did not find the backlight/env.php.skel file listed in number 3. I submitted a support request to my provider qualityhostonline with the error message attached. I hope they can help. Is the env.php.skel file an invisible one?

how about env.php?

the env.php.skel is visible. you should see it in the backlight/ folder via ftp

I’ll give that a try and check back. Thanks

Changing that file brought the site back as it should be. Thanks, Rod. I am curious why this happened; I haven’t updated or changed my site recently. Will anything be compromised by changing the php.skel file?
Gary

I doubt anything will be compromised. I think Ben put it there to handle these kinds of things.
When they crop up, it usually seems be due to misconfiguration from the host.

The host hasn’t replied yet. I just discovered the galleries are not showing up in the mobile view. The Hero Image and text for each gallery is there but the images are missing. I can see them on the computer. Any further ideas?

Your galleries are working fine for me in mobile (Safari iOS on iPhone SE)

You could try clearing browser cache.
Never hurts to clear template cache either, but like I said, the galleries are showing fine for me.

Your contributions to the support forum are always helpful and to the point. Your availability and knowledge have pointed me in the right direction many times. Of course it was the browser cache. Thank you for all your help.
Gary
