How to migrate LR Publisher service to a new catalog

I need to break my large catalog into multiple catalogs and want to move the publish service to each of the catalogs.

Is there a way to save the Publish settings and import them in a new catalog?

try the Lightroom Voyager plugin. Not sure how well it will work as it looks like it’s not being maintained. But give it a try
