Http error 403 after attempt to install Backlight 3

I tried to install my recently bought Backlight 3 and followed all the instructions (order id and e-mail) but keep getting a "HTTP error: 403”…

What is the problem?

at what point do you get the error? After entering your email and order number?

403 is a permissions error. You may need to change your folder permissions.
