Hi, I don’t know why, but this has been happening to me a lot these past few weeks. Publisher keeps logging out and won’t let me access the administration section. It doesn’t recognize my username or password. If I click “forgot password,” it doesn’t recognize my email. If I access the logs folder via FTP, the users txt document lists the users correctly. What can I do?

That’s something for @ben to look at. Send him your admin password and ftp credentials by clicking on his name and select message. This way he can hopefully figure out what’s going on.

Hi @xevigut, my first thought was that this looks like some kind of caching issue or ‘global accelerator’ layer such as Cloudflare. That doesn’t look to be the case though by looking at your site’s IP address.
Is this behaviour consistent? That is, are there steps that cause you to be logged out every single time, or does the forgot password link consistently fail to work?
As @Daniel suggested, please share a Backlight admin login and FTP details by sending a message so that I can look further into this.
