Is it possible to put login and logout on the home page

I thought I had done this on my test page but I can’t find where

I assume this is for Client Response?

The login link is: yourcompany.com - This website is for sale! - yourcompany Resources and Information.
the logout link is : yourcompany.com - This website is for sale! - yourcompany Resources and Information.

Here I have been too quick to send the query.

What I want to do is put the login on the homepage (top) which gives the option to log in to protected photos. I see that if I set protect album, all albums under it open if I write the password. I want to have different sets with different passwords. I would like to give the possibility to write the main password (said key) on the home page so that I open everything that is closed, I also want to be able to log out so that it is easy to switch between seeing everything or nothing.

I had installed the login and logut which worked, but now I can’t find what I did

The Enable Master Access Key setting is in Backlight Settings under Privacy.
Is that what you’re looking for?

I’m not sure how to put the login/logout on the home page. Maybe insert a protected album on the home page?

The page is Kookaburra so I can not set album or set in the page.
I use essay everywhere. to sow images and text (https://myvo.is).

I Would like to have the possibility to put log in to see protected photos on this page and if you are logged in, you will be given the option to log out in the same place.

As far as I know, protected photos are controlled by each album

I don’t see a way to create a login on other pages other than the album itself.

I just reread all of this. Are you talking about you viewing your own albums or your visitors viewing albums?
If it’s just for your own viewing, then when you are logged into Backlight you can see all albums when viewing in the same browser.
Log out of Backlight and protected albums will be protected.

I don’t remember if this also applies to protected photos as well as protected albums and sets.

I mix together private and non-private photos in albums based on the date the photos were taken. Then I use smart albums to show the photos both to those who can see the private photos and to those who should not be able to see them. I would like to be able to set a password when I enter the system at the top (home page) to open all private photos at once.

As an example I can show pictures taken with camera type. For example photos taken with pentax k1. Camera Pentax K1 - Mývó ehf. Here all photos that are not protected taken with this camera type within one of the top library are displayed.

By setting the password to unlock to view private photos all private photos would be displayed.I wanted to be able to set the password and close the password on the home page.

I haven’t been able to get this to work.

Tried to cut out the HTML code generated by setting “Enable login to view protected photos” from a top insert on the home page.
That way I could set the code and go automatically from the home page to the top seat I got the code from. All private photos were then visible when I wandered around the photo hierarchy.

But the home page is not aware that I was logged in.

Now I have 3 top nodes for albums. On each of these I have set “Enable login to view protected photos”
https://myvo.is/myvo/

And then I have inserted this [logged-in]

You are logged in and viewing protected photos. Log out

[/logged-in] to set up the option to log out.

Detete is not what I wanted but the closest I get to my wish.
I think this is an acceptable solution

But what I want is to be able, in addition to using a universal password (key password), to be able to have individual passwords on selected albums. Then I could have albums adapted to a group of friends :ok_hand:and albums adapted to the family. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I don’t know if what you want to do is possible. My guess is that how the protected photos feature works would need to be changed, and that’s something @Ben would need to look into.

No problem… I’m almost there. No reason for changes it
