Lightroom Publisher download not working

Hello

The link to download Lightroom Publisher plugin isn’t working:

My 2 year old Dell Precision PC just failed…new motherboard, SSD drives, Windows etc…so I’ve had to reinstall everything!

Where do I get the plugin from?
