Lightroom publisher plugin (7.0) not updating image

Backlight 5.1.1, Client Response 11.1.0. After adjusting an image in Lightroom and republishing, the updated version of the image does not show in the browser. Updated Metadata (color rating, caption, title, etc.) shows up fine, but not the updated image.

This is not a browser cache issue; I have purged my cache and reloaded the page multiple times on Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. I have even reviewed the page on 2 Macs and a Windows computer and the problem is consistent.

In the Lightroom Publisher settings, make sure that “Push metadata without updating existing photos” is not checked.
