I got this error message while trying to use the publisher in Lightroom. Followed the steps from the online doc for installation. Can any one help?

Check that the API URL in Lightroom matches the url of your site with /backlight/publisher/ added at the end:
http://yoursite.com/backlight/publisher/
If your site is using https, make sure that https is also in the API url.

Where do you have Backlight installed? Is it in a sub folder? Because it’s not installed in the root of your site. I was expecting it to be here:
https://www.alexjeffriesphotographygroup.com/backlight
But it’s not.
If you have installed Backlight in a subfolder then the api url will be:
https://www.alexjeffriesphotographygroup.com/sub-folder-name/backlight/publisher/
I think i’m moving forward now. But can you tell me if I will be able to activate Client Response service from the Lightroom Publisher?

In Publisher you will create an album and assign an album template to it.
At that time you will assign a Client Response enabled album template and enable its feedback feature.
But you’ll first have to create the album template.
Is your Publisher API url issue solved?
If so, can you start new a new topic if you have more questions about using Client Response?
