Hello,
in BL6 Kookaburra I’m having an issue with placing text below the album.
Above works, but nothing is changing when I’m changing the drop-down menu option, both in LR and Backlight.
Many thanks in advance
Sven M
Placing text below the album is not an option in the Kookaburra album template. (It is in Pangolin album templates under Template Copy).
There is also no template copy in Kookaburra album templates.
In the album settings I see the control for placing album copy to go above, below, or replace template copy (not the album). But since there is no template copy, this control doesn’t do anything.
I don’t know if these options are in the works.
Hi,
Many thanks!
You’re right, if you’re using the function with Kookaburra it always shows the text above the main content, whatever option you choose.
I really hope this option is coming back - I want to add below the thumbnails the info’s of the shooting …
Any insights?
Many thx
Sven M
Even in Pangolin, there was no option (other than adding some jQuery via phplugins and writing the album copy in html) for placing template or album copy above and below the gallery. So if @Matt adds template copy and copy placement to the Kookaburra album templates, it’s likely to be similar to Pangolin: above or below the gallery.
If you’re handy with javascript you might be able to add copy below the thumbnails. Similar to what I show here, only with javascript instead of jQuery)
Another option is to use a modal (pop-up box). You can do this on any Kookaburra page.
Added to the roadmap.
