New domain name blocks Backlight Admin

Hi,
I took ownership of a new domain name and put that in the place of the old one. The old “fotograafdonald.nl” name is still active and redirects to the new “donaldburghardt.photography” name. Lightroom authenticates as normal after having done the switch there also and FTP still has access but the Backlight Admin has closed me out… How do I regain access to the Admin?

You could try revisiting the installation link at


and reinstalling Backlight.

Your designs and albums will remain intact, but I’d still suggest backing up the data/ folder first.

Hi Donald, does it accept your password but report that your account is locked? Or does. Your password not work at all?

Try the steps here if you haven’t already: https://backlight.me/docs/password-retrieval

Of note is that password reset links are logged on the server if you’re able to receive emails from Backlight.

Password does nothing
Retrieving does nothing as BL does not recornize my user ID and mailaddress
Reinstalled BL2 like suggested

I went to the log folder and just browsed around in the bigger files. One of them contains links to reset pages. Tried one. Didn’t seem to work at first but somehow it suddenly worked…
