I am using BL 5 on an Apache server with PHP 8.3. I have Lightroom 13.3. Ihave newly installed BL5 and modules twice.
I get error messages like Zend OPcache can’t be temporarilly enabled in several places, Upon Check Authorisation it disappears after 2 or three tries, with succes. listTemplates never work, Publication yields Unable to perform action: createAlbum.
Where should I look for help solving these problems.
You’re in the right place. @Ben, one of the developers, will need to take a look. He may ask for Backlight admin credentials and/or ftp access.
What are you doing when these errors happen?
Trying to create a first website with Backlight. Until now I have used the “Juicebox” plugin.
But what, exactly, prompted the errors?
Did it happen during installation? When trying to create an album?
Does your home page show?
Can you post the exact error message you’re getting and the URL in your browser when you see the error?
This looks like an issue with your PHP configuration. See if there are any options to disable zend opcache in your site’s control panel. If not, try changing to a different version of PHP.
The OPcache was deactivated by the server provider, which solved the problem.
