Anything to worry about? I have insufficient rights to upgrade
Probably not much to worry about.
If you want to update it, then this is something you or your host can do.
Log into your hosting account and access the C-Panel. Look for something to do with php.
If they’re not allowing you to do this, just call your host’s technical service and ask them to do it.
