I generally try to avoid long pages with excessive scrolling; however, I occasionally need a long page for a list of items. I’ve recently noted that one of my long pages is truncated at the bottom. I cannot seem to locate a Kookaburra template or BL setup switch which sets the maximum length.
Does page length variable exist or is it built into BL? If built in, I will need to probably break several pages into smaller components, but worth asking before digging into a remodel.
Thanks,
James.
can you share a link to the problem page? Could just be an html error.
Rod,
Your comment got me thinking. I publish with TTG Publisher plugin in Lightroom and looked at the data in the Page Content/Main Copy. Lo and behold, the truncation is occuring in the plugin. I pasted the data directly into the BL album and all seems to work fine.
Looks like the limit is within the Publisher plugin and not the Backlight implementation itself or a web limitation. Note to self, when updating, publish directly to BL.
Here is the link btw Chronologic-Summary
Here is the link btw.
Good to know, thanks.
I find it much easier to add text in Backlight Publisher than in Lightroom.
