I followed the update to 4.01 process but still do not see the Pangolin Essay module.
Am I doing something wrong? Herb

same - ah, the module is not visible, but when I do a “create template” I can choose Type: Pangolin Essay …
Same on two sites No Pangolin Essay and the Install All part of the intructions is Reinstall All
The module appeared during the update process for me then after the second step, it dropped off the module list. Essay is an Album template from what I understand and the choice is there in the combo when creating new Album templates
Did you try clicking the Reinstall All link again?
Maybe also try logging out and then logging in again.

Still doesn’t show up on Backlight Modules. Maybe it isn’t supposed to? Because it does show up as an option if I create new album template as Rainer and Hans reported.

Hi… tried reinstall all, log out / in… doesn’t appear in Modules but does appear in create new (eventually, was slow to do so) … What else can I try?

Maybe try clearing browser and template cache.
Try a different browser. Try quitting current browser and relaunching it. Then sign back in to Backlight.
If it still doesn’t show up, @Ben will need to take a look.

I just looked at my main site (using the release version) and I’m not seeing the Essay module either. But it does show up on my sites that use the testing version.
I’m able to create an Essay template though.
So that bit of data should help Ben narrow down the problem.
I’ve fixed this. You should be able to see pangolin-essay now. If it is showing as not installed then click Install All.
