after reinstallation of my pc, tried to login to backlight.. i used the admin user name .. when i click on rester password nothing i do not received anything.. i tried what you mentioned in another post but nothing happend.. my account is now locked and when i click on unlock account i get a message which is not understable.. thanks for your great help.

where are you encountering the Unlock Account link? Does it show up after multiple attempts at logging in to Backlight? Or are you trying to log in to your host or accessing your site via FTP?
Since Backlight isn’t installed on your computer (Other than the Lightroom plug-in), your computer shouldn’t have anything to do with logging into your site. Which makes me wonder if your host has changed anything, like php version.
What version of Backlight are you running?
yes it show up after multiple attempts at logging in to backligh. do not log in to my host..
i am running backlight 6.1..
Try to set a different PHP version in the c-panel of your website host.
the problem came from the fact that my provider did not activate by default the mail on php.. everything is ok now thanks
