Unexpected error: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library ‘/opt/alt/php54/usr/lib64/php/modules/i360.so’ - /opt/alt/php54/usr/lib64/php/modules/i360.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
Follow up from hosting support:
I reconfigured the domain to use PHP 5.5 instead, via the Select PHP Version section of cPanel, and the page now appears to be working without issue. This appears to have been due to an issue with PHP 5.4 and Imunify360.
I will dig more into the issue with PHP 5.4 and will likely need to submit a ticket to the Imunify360 developers concerning this.
That said, we highly recommend using PHP 8.0 at minimum. If a script hasn’t been updated to support it yet, that’s a pretty good sign that it isn’t under active development. PHP 8.0 was released almost 3 years ago.
P.S. I’m still getting same errors after the fact and am waiting for another update from the host.
What version of things are you running?
Backlight 4 should be good up to PHP 8.1, and Backlight 5 for PHP 8.2 and onward.
Thanks, Matthew!
