Place image in Design Page

I have for 14 days tried to place an image together with text on Pallet 01 and on Main Copy, but no matter what I try, I can not find a solution.

Many places I have read this.
<img src="/path-to-image/your-image.jpg" alt="descriptive text">
But it does not work
HELP
