On my website, I have both landscape and portrait thumbnails. Both are 496 x 670 pixels in size.

It looks like the height for the frame is set at 158px but your thumbnail height is 168px.

try changing the height setting in the template > Thumbnail Grid to 168px or higher.
Maybe try changing the margin too.

If that doesn’t do it, then I’d suggest updating the album template to Pangolin. It looks like this album is from an Okapi template.

Stop using Okapi. It’s four years old. If there’s anything wrong with it, it will not get fixed. The fix is in Pangolin. Pangolin was even made available in Backlight 1.
