Is there any way of transferring pricing data from one site to another? I create subdomains for my wedding clients which means a separate install of backlight. I have most things ready to go in their most basic form once I create a new site, but I still have to build the pricing schemes and products. It is just a single scheme and a few products, but it is still time consuming.
Any thoughts?
This can be done by copying the file backlight/data/cart/master.sq3 (and orders.sq3 if you want to keep your past orders) from the old location to the respective directory at the new location.
Great! It seems far easier to copy the file and remove the unnecessary pricing info from the new site than to rebuilt it from a spreadsheet. Thanks! I’ll make the modifications to it in the new “wedding only” site, then save the file to my local folder for future iterations of the wedding subdomain build.
