Published Album Link Goes to Homepage

Hi Everyone,

I created and published an album and when I click the link from the online editor it goes straight to our homepage. If I copy the link and paste it to the address bar it just shows a blank page. Clearly we’re doing something wrong here. Can any one please help?

The album looks normal. I’m not seeing a problem as far as viewing it.
Can you be more specific as to what’s going on?
Have you tried clearing browser cache?

I am seeing an error message about client response not being available and the feedback profile not being found. Do you have a feedback profile to assign to the album?

I work with alexj and I took over into resolving this issue.

Clearing the browser cache solved the problem about the page address sending us to homepage.

However, I see the error message that you mentioned and don’t know how to get around it. I don’t recall creating a feedback profile and assigning to the album and don’t even know how to do it. Is there a link/document that can help us with this? Thank you.
